Located in Via Argentina is a nice place for a walk after eating on any of the many different restaurants nearby. For my money, the best place to eat is between "New York Bagles" and "Rincon Habanero"; for someone else's money, is Angel.
Depending on the time of day (or night) there can be a high amount of people around, which is why I gave the 3 difficulty rating (finding the cache itself should not be difficult). Also, my iPhone could only give a 10m accuracy (but the hint should be enough to find it.
