Size does matter! (Hawke's Bay) Traditional Cache
angelndemon: Hi all. We have made the decision to archive this cache. The cache has disappeared after a long time of being here. Looks like natural corrosion has taken place. We will not replace as we ate concerned about the new-ish bike tracks that are nearby. Don't want an unknowing geocacher getting collected by a mountain biker. So thanks to all who have taken the time to find this wee cache. Also this will open up an area for another placement.

This IS a nano sized cache... have to use your beady little eyes to find this little vessle. There is only room for intials when logging your find. Do bring your own pencil... fine tipped is the preference.
Do bring your walking shoes. Great place to bring your pooches... they love it! Summer is great for taking the kids for a slide down the hill on the classic cardboard toboggan or to step it up a notch use a pilfered real estate sign!
This walk is not the typical Te Mata Peak track... no big Red Woods here. This is the spot for local abseiling.. do mind where you step... the anchor points could trip you up.
After locating the cache you can follow the track further on down, this leads you through to the back of the Te Mata Peak Park to meander over the many loop tracks that this delightful piece of paradise so close to suburbia has to offer, should you have the energy.
