Geocache Description:

Quick Cache and Dash

This is a quiet spot with a lovely view of East Ferry and close to where the German Singing Family 'The Kelly's' once lived.

There used to be an old ferry going across to the other side of the water here years ago; you had to yell across the river to get the attention of the man in the pub, who would then row across and get you. Then you walked to Midleton.

Congrats to The Chris for FTF and also for reminding me that the ferry used to run from this location

This cache is approx 100x50mm size click lock box.
