Scoby Dam Park is located on Scoby Hill Rd. However Scoby Hill Rd. has been moved.That's right they moved it. If your car GPS takes you to where the old Scoby Hill Rd. was you will need to travel 1 mile farther south on S.Cascade Dr. or (the old 219) to 28.467 41.782. Once you find the new Scoby Hill Rd. you can then continue another mile to the parking area at 29.002 42.002. This can not be reached off of the new 219 extension.
