As Scoutmaster of a local Troop, thought this location was an appropriate location to hide a cache.
This location was the site of the old Boy Scout Cabin on Farm Island. You can read more about it on the nearby sign.
Be careful as you rummage around the area. There are various manmade and natural dangers in the area but nothing that is not too bad.
During winter months it may (or may not) be easily found.
