La Torre
Moratxa es una muntanya de 220m propera a l'Estartit. Pertany al
massis del Montgrí, pel vessant sud i trobarem nombroses vies
d'escalada de dificultat mitja però també s'hi pot pujar per un
sencill sender. Al seu cim hi ha les restes molt ben conservades
d'una torre de guaita fortificada del segle XVIII que formava part
del sistema defensiu del poble contra els pirates.
Per
accedir al catxe, podeu aparcar a N42º 03.302 E3º 11.151, a la
placeta comença un sender que al principi va direccio E fins
arribar a N42º 03.333 E3º 11.196 on haurem de desviar-nos a
l'esquerra pujant directament cap a la carena, N42º 03.355 E3º
11.201, aqui girarem a l'esquerra cap a la torre. Si anéssim a la
dreta aniriem a parar a
Roca Maura.
Per si
algu vol convertir el catxe en un de dificultat 5 pot pujar per
alguna de les vies d'escalada que hi ha a la zona.
CASTELLA
La Torre
Moratxa es una montaña de 220m cercana a Estartit. Pertenece al
macizo del Montgri, por su vertiente sud hay numerosas vias de
escalada de dificultad media, pero también se puede subir por un
sendero. En la cima encontramos los restos de una torre de vigía
fortificada del siglo XVIII que formaba parte del sistema defensivo
del pueblo contra los piratas.
Para
acceder al cache podeis aparcar en N42º 03.302 E3º
11.151, en la plazoleta empieza un sendero que seguiremos direccion
E hasta N42º 03.333 E3º 11.196, a partir de aqui
subiremos directos hasta la carena, en N42º 03.355 E3º
11.201 giraremos a la izquierda hasta la torre. Si
fueramos en el otro sentido iriamos a parar
a Roca
Maura.
Por si
alguien quiere convertit el cache en uno de dificultat 5 puede
subir por alguna de las vias de escalada que hay en la
zona.

The Torre Moratxa is a mountain of 220m near to
Estartit. It belongs to the Montgri, by his slope sud will find a

the little square begins a footpath that will follow direccion E
until N42º 03.333 E 3º 11.196, from here you will go up direct
until the cornice, N42º 03.355 E 3º 11.201 then you will turn to
the left until the tower.
If we went in the another direcction we would go
to Roca
Maura.
You can go to the top climbing, then, the terrain
difficulty will be 5.
