These coordinates ARE NOT for the actual cache but for one of
the
entrances to the Peggy Joe Carter Nature Area. To get the
coordinates to the actual
cache, you have to solve (or partially solve) a simple sudoku
puzzle. Once you get the values for the puzzle cells labeled
"A"
and "B", substitute these values into the following
coordinates:
N40 50 33A W081 56
5B0
The objective of sudoku is to fill the 9×9 grid with digits
so
that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3×3 sub-grids
that
compose the grid contain all of the digits from 1 to 9. The
puzzle
I have chosen is rated as "easy" and should be a good start for
a
beginner.
The Peggy Jo Carter Nature Area is one of those places
I've
driven by hundreds of times, but never really knew it was
there.
The main trail, which is a well-worn path through a grove of
large
trees, is basically a loop and is probably 3/4 of a mile in
length.
I parked at nearby Freedlander Park and crossed Burbank Road
to
reach to the area.
The cache is a clear, plastic lock-n-lock container with a
green
geocaching sticker. Please return the cache to the proper
location
and make sure it is concealed.
