Geocache Description:

A camouflaged nano cache hidden in a popular location by the river.

The geocache is placed in honour of our great friend and geocaching buddy, the crazy kiwi Richbritty. Rich introduced cerebus48 and Dr Buffy to the sport of geocaching in 2008, and we've found many caches together in Alberta. Rich and the rest of the HERBs moved back to New Zealand a while ago, which put the end to our joint expeditions, and the last little while has been tough for NZ with the earthquakes, so we've been thinking of our friends down there a lot. We hope to visit NZ soon and cache together there so that we can light up another part of the map!

This cache contains only a log, bring your own pencil. You may need a tool to extract the log. The cache is winter friendly but is located in an area close to the river which can rise from time to time. Please take care not to be too obvious when approaching the cache, and please be careful to replace the cache as you found it, as it is a little fragile! If you are clever, you will not even need to detach the cache from its hiding place to sign the log!
