The Muzzall farm, was established in 1910 by, Edwin and Stella Muzzall. The couple came to Whidbey Island from Michigan to escape the heat, and because they were in search of opportunity. Since then five generations have farmed this land. Everything from raising chickens, turkeys, pigs, dairy and beef cattle to growing cabbage seed and barley, have been farmed here. Currently Ron Muzzall, and his wife Shelly run the historic family farm.
Due to changes in the industry, the Muzzalls choose to close the dairy business in 2006 and shift their operations to grass-fed beef. The result has been their grass-fed beef operation, named for their 3 daughters.
