The Northern Cardinal is my favorite songbird. They are beautiful, very gentle to other birds at the feeder, and sing wonderful songs. When they are singing I whistle back to them and we hold some great conversations.
This hide is close to home and I would like to believe that some of the Cardinals I see here visit our feeder in the backyard. I dedicate this cache to our red feathered friends. The cache is located at the end of a fallen tree a short distance off the bike/walking trail by Rice Creek. It is a small black plastic ammo can.
There is room for small trackables, etc. Take care and have fun in this beautiful Park. Thank-you to Anoka County Regional Parks for permission to place this cache.
