This cache has been placed to celebrate my unbirthday in May.
I have an unofficial birthday (unbirthday) as my real one is between Christmas and the New Year.
Over the years I sometimes felt that I missed out on birthdays as they were always swallowed up by the seasonal celebrations, so a few years ago the idea of an unbirthday was started by my children.
For this year’s event on Sunday 2nd May2011, I was presented with a set of clues to solve to give me the co-ordinates of this cache, and had to leave the party and go off and find it. This has now been turned into an official cache so that others can share it.
When posting logs please let me know of anything unofficial that you celebrate.
The cache is located 15ft off the public footpath and is a 2ltr lunchbox containing the usual swapsies.
The cache has been placed close to a number of other caches and is a good place for seeing a variety of wildlife, such as buzzards, deer, rabbits, foxes and a host of other good things.
