This is a cache that was created to be part of the Gauteng Power Series (GPS). Easy cache in front of the only high rise building in the area. Due to fact that it is flats, there are almost always muggles looking down on you, so please use extreme stealth.
You have to drive up the kerb and onto the pavement to do this one. Remember to bring your own pen.
