Geocache Description:

From this vantage point, several historical sites in Weston Can be seen. From the cache site the TransAllegheny Lunatic Asylum, the old Weston Railroad Station, The Lewis County Court House, and The Lewis Bennett Public Library can be seen.
This is a traditional cache, should be an easy find, since the cache site has been neglected for many years, please watch your step and be respectful.

No night caching Please!

We are making an attempt at an Idea that we have wanted to try for a while, located in the cache box, there is a disposable camera, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE CAMERA, we would like for each person that finds this cache to take one picture of themselves, their group, or if they prefer not to have their photo taken, then take a picture of their choosing, whether it be a picture of an aspect of Weston form the cache site, or the headstone of their choice.

-When the Camera is out of photos, please tell us in your log on the website, so that a new camera can be placed in the cache.

Having an interest in local history, I had been reading "The Chronicles of Boarder Warfare", A book that was first published around 1815 about the skirmishes between the first local settlers, and the Indians. This book was written by Alexander Scott Withers, While scouting out the cache site I unknowingly stumbled onto the authors grave site while admiring two enormous trees! Coordinates for gravesite are:
