This is a fairly new development in Sisters and you can find everything here from fitness, food, lodging and movies.
I like to encourage people in their fitness as a person just feels better when they are active. It has a great affect on your mental well being as well as physical benefits - kind of like geocaching. Keep in mind when you're beginning a fitness program not to become green with envy as you see the others around you who've been at it a while. Just keep thinking thin and you'll be on your way.
