I'm beginning to enjoy these wacky Puzzle Caches. I used to not like 'em but I recently solved one of those "impossible" 5-Star puzzles! Woo-Hoo! All I've got left on my Livermore area geocaching map is a zillion of those little question marks so I think I'll add one more! But I have a small problem.
You see, I have this condition called Puzzle Dyslexia Fromsufferi. Whenever I try to solve a puzzle I mess up the numbers whether it's by brain-dead arithmetic errors, writing down the wrong numbers, being unable to read my own notes or numerous other unaccounted math mistakes. I hid a cache, took some coords and due to my ineptness I got the numbers all mixed up. This is what my notes said:

I'm not sure what all these numbers mean because I suffer from, well, you know! If you can figure out what my notes mean you can help me find my lost film can.
