This cache located at the center of Nagasaki City.
Tosa Shokai was a local branch of Tosa clan. It was established in 1866 at Nishi-Hama-no-machi. Yataro Iwasaki, who set up Mitsubishi conglomerates later, resided here as the chief.
Yataro was familiar with Ryoma and played the role of an accountant of the Kaien-Tai.
Access: It takes one minutes from the Nishi-hama-no-machi streetcar station.
