Geocache Description:

COME ON OUT FOR THE WSGA-NOP CHAPTER MEET & GREET AT MANCHESTER STATE PARK

Liz and Bruce (friends of Goblindust) are coming to town from Australia, let's show them a big Washington welcome.


WHERE: 7767 East Hilldale Rd, Port Orchard, Wa (coords)
WHEN: June 18th 2011 from noon to 4pm
WHY: It might be sunny and we all need vitamin D. There's always the food! It's a beautiful state park and a perfect place to share caching stories, visit with friends and enjoy the beach. Why not?
WHO: Everyone is welcome - members and non-members, cachers and muggles. This a family event so bring the kids and the dogs too(with a leash of course). Please RSVP with a will attend and headcount so we know how many to expect

WHAT: We have a picnic area reserved and we're planning a couple games and a raffle. This will be a potluck we'll be cooking burgers and hot dogs, but we'll need some other supplies (see below). There is one large BBQ and power for crock-pots etc...plenty of tables, bring a chair if you can!
GPS Accuracy Game will be set up, bring a geo-related gift ($5-10) as your entry fee. Place your flag with your gps, we'll check your accuracy from GZ. Then we'll run down the list, the closest flag to GZ chooses first and everyone gets a prize!
The raffle: Everyone gets one ticket for attending, you may purchase tickets for $1 each or 6 for $5. Prizes include unactivated trackables, tb's, some cache containers, WSGA swag and other caching stuff.
