Geocache Description:

The Frye art museum opened in 1952 to display the private collection of wealthy meatpacker Charles Frye and his wife Emma.

Their collection contained mostly landscapes and romantic paintings from nineteenth German and French painters, such as

October Morning by Arnold Gorter c1910

The Shepherdess by William A. Bougereau c1881

In fact the will of Charles Frye specified that the museum, among other things, should display no abstract art.

More recently the museum has expanded its definition of realism and and begun to feature more adventurous stuff like:
(wasn't she in "Bride of the Grudge"?)

Parking and admission always free.

Cache is located on public property and is accessible 24/7.
