10,000 Leaves Under the Trees Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Loonman: It's been a good run, but this one is done. Most recently, the container has been chewed on by some animal (which is how it was found out-of-place). I have decided not to replace it.

Also, over the life of this cache, too many people have had problems putting the log back in the container (how is that difficult?) and putting the container back in the same place they found it (again, how is that difficult?).

I'll open up this excellent trail for other people to place caches here.

Geocache Description:

This cache is close to a nice paved trail through the woods.

Although the trail is part of the regional bikeway system, most people you see will be walking. It connects Summerfield Park and Farquar Park. It is very popular, so stealth may be required at times.

Apple Valley Park hours are 7:00am to 10:00pm. I assume that applies to this trail too.

The cache is located almost exactly halfway between the parks - about .25 miles from either end of the path.
