Geocache Description:

This is a fast easy park and grab cache located by the Tugaloo River where I have placed a few other cache. It is a different than normal container. It is a a log(you will need a tweezer & pencil)only. Parking can be done at the bend in road easily seen from cache.

The Tugaloo River borders South Carolina and Georgia and is a main part of it's watershed that harber a diverse array of plants & animals. The State Bird of South Carolina is the Carolina Wren replacing the Mocking Bird in 1948. The Carolina Wren habitat stretches from Canada along the Eastern Seaboard of the USA west to Texas. The male is the loudest of this pair who attracts the female with it's sounding; 'tea-kettle-tea-kettle-tea-kettle-tea' and they mate for life. Enjoy the Tugaloo. I do.
