Salt and Pepper are condiments that are often used together and so
it is with this cache and the one nearby!
The description will be the same as "Pepper and Salt" closeby,
however that is where the simelarity ends.
Years ago the first time I walked along this beach the two very
prominent rock formations did impress me, and I just had to do some
scrambling around them.
They are just like giant Salt and Pepper pots I thought, and hence
the name.
Salt and pepper are very different in all ways, as are these
caches.
One is more difficult than the other, one is somewhat dangerous and
one is not.
One is a small container and one is a large.
Both however will however get the heart pumping, and those
steps............... hhhmmmmmm!
Park at the given parking waypoints and take the path that leads to
Diaz beach.
Again at the given waypoints make your way down the stairs - yes
all of them.
From there there are many ways to get to the cache but I would
recommend via the beach.
Take great care on any shelf and especially in windy
conditions.
FTF congratulations go to MnCo,
Eaglise and Sawasawa!
