With a grand view looking northwards over Lake King towards Bairnsdale, Bruthen and
Nowa Nowa . Take a step back into the past when the paddle steamers where a big part of the areas development.
The length of the walk is only approximately 1.7 km with great panoramic views
On route to GZ you will pass a few information boards about the area that are worth reading, one of which explains the point of Mariners Swing. The heading on the board is Compass Swinging Station.
GZ is a little further on. Often you will see Roos grazing around this spot.
