The Geocache Maintenance guideline explains a CO's responsibility towards checking and maintaining the cache when problems are reported. Caches that have been archived for lack of maintenance will not be unarchived. This is explained in the Help Center.

A chance to nip in to do the shopping at the same time or even escape the shopping for "The need to cache".
This one can be like muggle central if you pick the wrong time.
You will need to bring your own pencil to sign the log.
Car parking is of course available.
