These caches are east of the locked vehicle gate on the lower
canal gravel road. All caches are micros, easy to find, and not
very far off the road except for H/B 11 which is past the end of
the road.
To hike/bike the entire length is 1.2 miles one way, or 2.4
miles round trip for 11 caches. It will be slower going than the
power trail but also more quite and peaceful with time to enjoy the
area. The road ends before H/B 11 (making it a 0.1 mile bushwhack)
, although the canal can be accessed further east from Rt 9
The idea for this section came from the geocacher that biked the
C&D Power Trail and one gacher that considered walking the
Power trail. Plus it would look nicer on the geocaching maps to see
the caches string 1.2 miles further across Delaware.
