Ocean Playground

A simple 200ml Sistema cache hidden in a kids playground, If you have kids then they will love this cache, probably not for the find but for the playground, there is also a Miniature Railway nearby for the train buffs, please use the hint for a quick find, the difficulty rating is set at 2.5 due to the high muggle factor that could be present, in fact it may be better to find this one when the playground is empty, probably not for the single man in a raincoat cacher??
