Welcome to Ashville, Alabama!
The first county seat of a county older than the state!
This is also my old home town where I grew up and went to school, and since I'm down here a good bit now-a-days, I thought I would place a cache, and this seemed like a good place for a park and grab!
This one should be easy (it could be too easy) so if it gets muggled, I'll re-hide with a little more difficulty... The coords may be a tad off but refer to the picture in the description and you won't have any trouble.
I am placing this cache on and to mark my one year anniversary of Geocaching! I can't believe that it's been an entire year since DaPh00z got my hooked on this game!
While you're in town stop by one to the local eateries for a bit for lunch, like the Picnic Basket, Two Sisters', Mi Casita, the local BBQ place, and others.
