Geocache Description:


Another cache in the peninsula drive series. This cache will take you to a great wee car park with picnic tables and a toilet, although the toilet is of the pay as you pee variety.

If you were planning to do this series all in one go this would be a great spot to bring a picnic and make a day of it.

On good days there are amazing views of Strangford Lough and the surrounding area. When the cache was placed it was a nice bright sunny day but was very windy so take this into consideration if you are planning a picnic.

The Cache

The cache itself is a medium sized tab loc box with the usual child friendly swaps a log book and pencil. The cache is placed in a camo'd drawstring bag. Although most of the caches in this series will be cache and dash this one will require around a 10 min walk from the carpark.
