The Second Pagoda is a popular park for runners, hikers, Tai Chi
practitioners, and now Geocachers. It sits almost exactly halfway
along the marked 4km Bowen Road running path.
It is one of the few access points for Bowen Road (though the
entry path is steep on both sides), so can be accessed from the
city below or the police museum above, or along Bowen Road.
I unfortunately couldn't find much information on the Second
Pagoda (or even its official name) but it has probably been around
in various forms since soon after the road was built in the late
19th century. Bowen road was named after George Ferguson Bowen, the
9th Governor of Hong Kong, from 1883 to 1885.
A large Storm water management system runs through the park.
The cache itself should be a relatively easy find - only
challenge will be the bouncy GPS in all the tree cover. Please be
surreptitious given the likely muggles about.
