Geocache Description:

BYOP, to this micro just on bike path. Gloves may be nice, rolling path easy ride. Nice phone reception along path. Our containers are same design just different locations.

This is the Hill on this little section of bike trail from Road 100 to Road 68.

Always get a bike that fits! I have spent a couple grand on bikes that didn't fit me by bike dealers who I trusted but they needed the sale more than the customer. For men buying higher end road/hybrid bikes , stand up over the frame and if the bike can be lifted about 3 inches before hitting the crotch then it is good but don't stop here. If the top bar is made to be low, do the following also. Sit in saddle and look down your handle bars they should be blocking the front wheel hub, that is thing attached to the fork. Another sizing issue I use in the gym when setting seat height, you always have to readjust. Put foot on pedal and sit in saddle then allow your knee to bend slightly with foot rested on pedal. On the ground you should be able to keep bike up with other leg while you do this. This allows you to get full a rotation with your leg during an revolution and keeps from binding up your leg by not extending it enough during a ride. This is very important for long rides with lot of energy expended.
If you have a short leg rotation and your knees have to bow out from bike to get a full revolution you look like a duck pedaling a bike from behind. To much of that and your due for leg surgery after awhile. QUACK! QUACK!

OH and as usual Happy Biking, LOL!
