You are looking for a Film Canister.
This is the old highway 291 bridge over the Saline River. It was replaced by a new bridge in about 2005.
It was built in 1916 by the Boardman Co. in Oklahoma City. The span is 132.8 ft. long and 12.1 ft. wide. The plan is to restore it for foot traffic sometime in the future.
This is a film canister hidden in a traditional way. Please replace as found for the next cacher and to help it hold up against the muggles.
It's not necessary to go past the large wooden traffic stop or to go down the river bank. You can access the cache from level ground.
KEEP AN EYE ON THE KIDS THERE IS A STEEP RIVER BANK NEARBY!!!
