In 2004, I decided it was time to welcome a new member to our family as a companion and watchdog. I went to this spot and looked among all the adoptees. Toby was the one that caught my eye. He looked sad because he was the last of his family to be adopted but he still raised his paw to me as a jesture of friendship which he still does to this day. He is a constant companion on our geocaching trips. We would like to thank this facility for the great work they do. Please do not block the driveway. You do not have to go inside the fence. CONGTS. TECO-MAC FOR FTF Update: After a few months of living with canine lymphoma, Toby is at peace now (2/21/2017). A few weeks before his death, he became friends with Canela, who also came from Haven Humane. Canela is going to continue in Toby's footsteps as my companion geo-pup. Thank you to Haven Humane for the good work that you do. I couldn't resist & now Canela has a friend named Trixie who also was a resident of Haven Humane for a short time.
