Soham Blue Walk Multi-Cache

Created to celebrate geopa's 65th birthday. There are over 50 miles of footpaths in Soham. To commemorate the start of the third millennium AD, three walks were created. The red walk 1 3/4 miles,the blue walk 3 1/2 miles and the green walk 7 miles. A leaflet is available from the council offices or Soham library or just follow the signs. 8 pieces of art were erected along the routes, and you need to visit them all to answer the clues to find the final cache. With the exception of waypoint 5 which requires a short detour, they can all be found by following the blue trail. The total distance to collect all the clues is just under 5 miles, although you can drive and park close to most of the signs. Some paths can be muddy at times. As you will need to cross the railway line and walk along the Lode which has steep banks, please take care with geochildren and geodogs. Parking can be found at the first waypoint.
