Medium size plastic container with a disguise. Be sure to release the 2 locking handles before removing the lid. Do not let the bottom of the container to come in contact with cell phones or other electronic devices. Please sign log book and place it back in the ziplock bag. The hint totally gives it away.

Maintenance was completed on 01/12/2014. A new log book was installed and brand new travel bug was born. May it find its way to other fun & unique caches!
This is a historical landmark and a popular place in Richmond so there always seems to be someone walking around. Big events are often held here so some weekends may be more crowded than others. When it's not too crowded, free parking can be found one block west; see waypoint. This cache may have to be renamed soon if the City of Richmond gets the go-ahead on reconstructing the bridge that will connect Brown's Island with the Manchester district located on the other side of the James River (www.timesdispatch.com/news/local/city-of-richmond/walkway-would-connect-brown-s-island-to-manchester/article_481d7d72-ee5e-5fbf-9975-fb3e2c9822f0.html).
