The cache is up a hill and you will be starting at almost 8000'and will have an elevation change.
As with many locations in this area there are lots of fabulous rocks. We were watched very closely by a marmot while we hiked up the hill and while placing the cache. Although you will never get too far from the road, the area is quiet, peaceful, and a great place to sit and read a book or have a picnic.
Cache is a small, camoed lock n lock with room for small trade items.
