corkibean: We wandered over today to check on this little cache, only to find a beaver has chewed down the hiding place. It had a nice run. Cache on!

This cache is located within a few feet of the Laramie River. It is hopefully high enough that it won't wash away during spring flooding.
The cache is located on the Laramie Greenbelt in Optimist Park, right along the Laramie River. This is a great place to have a picnic, walk the dog, ride a bike, or just sit and enjoy the day.
There is a fenced dog play area, (5' chain link), here so you can give the dog a chance to run off some extra energy, as well as a very nice playground for the kids.
