This cache is placed about 100 feet off of Trail #2. Trail #2 is a 0.76 mile loop. Depending on the time of year some bushwhacking may be involved.
Please be careful when opening the container. I had to replace it after the FTF. It is permanently fixed to it's holder. You have to open it in place. Be careful not to drop the lid.
The first finder had a little trouble and dropped it. Because of my camouflage job, it's now lost on the ground and has turned into a level 5 difficulty cache. If you find it on the ground you can either keep it or put it in one of our nearby caches and let us know. The replacement container is still a level 2 difficulty. A deer crept up on me while I was getting the coordinates for this cache. It probably came within 20 feet of me. I'll post a picture in the Gallery. You may not see any deer while you are out hunting this cache but if you're lucky you'll probably encounter a Bison. They have been known to hang out in this area. If you don't see any Bison you may get a chance to see some Black Angus. They roam the neighboring property. Don't go visit these guys. They are not as dangerous as Bison but they could still try to eat you before you have a chance to eat them.
Other than Trail #1 - Lena's Loop Trail, most of the trails here at Brum Woods are dirt trails used for mountain biking and hiking. Please keep this in mind as the trails can get quite muddy at times. Please replace the cache as you found it.
