RRR # 10: N Idaho Oasis Traditional Cache
dementedtribe: As noted in the last DNF, driveway off the county road has a steep drop off and the trail to the cache is totally blocked. There is no longer a safe place to pull off this busy road, so we will relocate RRR # 10 soon.

This is Cache # 10 in a series of 11, with #11 being a bonus/puzzle cache. Each LOG SHEET will have one number to the final coordinates. See the puzzle below. This is a regular sized container with a log, a pencil, and a few small items.

A few years ago when the summers were really dry, the State punched in a well, in case water was needed to fight forest fires. There is a logging road (4x4 vehicles only) off the county road that you can pull into. The cache is a short hike down in off the main road and not far off the logging road. If you drive down the logging road to be closer to the cache, there is no wide area at that point and you will have to drive a couple of hundred yards farther down in to find a place to turn around.
Here is the puzzle you need to solve to by collecting clues from the first 10 caches, so you will have the final coordinates to RRR #11: "The Winnah"
