Geocache Description:

A micro size cache in a main street that should not pose too many problems finding the location. Retrieving the cache will be another matter. This is muggle country, and they can appear at all times of the day. Extreme stealth will be required if attempted during busy periods. Please do not attempt if muggles are present.

Welome to Main Street - Stafford

Stafford Street is the main street of Timaru and the heart of retail shopping in the city. Stafford Street used to form part of State Highway 1 before a bypass was put in place and the highway moved to Theodosia Street.

Bob Fitzsimmons

Bob (Ruby Robert) Fitzsimmons was a British Cornish boxer who grew up in Timaru. He made boxing history by being the sport's first three division World Champion. He won world titiles in the Middleweight division (1891), Heavyweight division (1896), and Light-heavyweight divison (1903).
