This is definitely not the Sydney Harbour Bridge, but it has some lovely views. A simple cache east of the Sydney CBD.
This bridge is located at the eastern end of Bridge Street. Bridge street is named because it originally led to a bridge that crossed the tank stream, the main source of water for the early colony of Sydney.
To the South you can see a statue of a former King.
To the East, the Conservatory and the Botanical Gardens.
To the West, the city.
Underneath, the Cahill Expressway taking traffic to and from the Harbour Bridge.
But my favourite is the view North where you can see the top of the back of the Opera House, just like seeing a ship coming slowly into shore.
The terrain is set quite high because there are no pedestrian crossings to GZ. Please be careful.
The hint will tell you exactly where it is because there are a lot of eyes watching in the area.
Why is it called Not the Harbour Bridge. Well, look at the sign next to the cache.
Cache has been stolen once, so don't leave trackables or swaps.
Please also don't take the pencil! It's for writing on the log.
Enjoy.
