There are no obsticles, except muggles - mostly veterans and their families. Muggles are most likely in the later afternoon and evening, and on weekends.
Many cachers are veterans, so it just seemed natural that there should be a series of caches located where veterans are found. This is an easy park and grab. While it is easy to find, it may be a little harder for those who are below average height. This cache is big enough for a log, but no pencil. You will want to remove the cap, but leave the cache where it is. I have one of my Geocacher: ATPerkins coins for the FTF. NOTE TO CACHERS: This cache, as are all caches in this series, was cleared with the Post Commander. Please do not discuss it with any non-cacher locals. We do not wast it muggled.
