While driving to find a geocache in the area, we spotted a sign for this wildlife sanctuary.
We took a walk down the path near the parking lot and enjoyed the sights and sounds of the birds. According to the sign, this area is sponsored by the Litchfield Audobon Society. Looks like there is also a small tree farm here and plenty of birdhouses. You are looking for a small container, please replace carefully and cover well. Watch out for pricker bushes in the area.
This area can get overgrown in the summer.
