NatalieD! hits 2000!! Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

scottberks: Ammo can is gone. Don't have another to replace it. Area has been rehabbed and it much more accessible now. A large cache will never survive here now.

Time to go. Thanks to all that hunted this one and of course, congratulations to Nat.

Geocache Description:

NatalieD! has hit 2000 caches? Inconceivable! Nat, Geocachings one and only caching ninja monkey, started caching in January, 2010 and hasn't stopped since. 2000 caches in 17 months from this woman is quite the achievement.

Some of her achievements as of this writing include (but aren't limited to):
• 343 cache finds in one month
• 332 consecutive days with finding a cache
• 7 different caching icons found in one day
• Only the 17th person to finish the daunting Challenging Challenge Challenge (and in only 15 months!)
• Over 100 First to Finds
• 31 FTF's in one day
• Over 30 geocache hides

Natalie has become quite the well-known cacher in the area due to her fearless ability to grab a cache. Whether it's scaling a tree to get a cache 40 feet up, or walking across tiny rocks in a river to get to a cache on an island, Natalie has never turned down the challenge.

She's my caching partner, my partner-in-crime, and very good friend. These days, our names have become virtually synonymous with one another. If I'm caching alone and see a fellow cacher on the trail, I'll usually get a "Where's Nat?" comment from them. It's actually difficult to remember ever caching without her.

Whether we are in the forest in the middle of the night in -14 degree weather chasing an FTF, staring down the barrels of guns from LEO's while getting caught "night-caching", or getting swarmed by police for driving on a "bike trail" in the dead of winter, her and I always have a great time caching together. Having found easily nearly 1000 caches together we know each other quite well, and have got our "looking for a cache" system down pat. I hate caching without her by my side (especially when the cache is up the tree). What else can I say, I'll just be honest, I love her.

Congratulations Natalie. Your an amazing woman and an absolutely amazing cacher.

You are looking for a 50 cal gold ammo box. Please re-hide it like it's yours.
