A mid size camo'ed Lock & Lock. Judging by the lack of litter it's in a little visited part of Wahconah Falls State Park.
Wahconah Falls is a quick fun hide, more about visiting the falls than the search. When a cacher whom I respect as much as Capt. Bob can't find it I assume it's missing.
On my lunch break I ran over with a replacement, but...what the heck?... the cache is right where it belongs.
