Geocache Description:

How many times have we seen a cache hidden in a rock pile or in a man-made rock wall?

Well, this is a cache is a bit different.  It is hidden in a natural rock wall.

The hike is along the Blue Trail in Bearfort Mountain.

There is very little terrain change once you get up to the trail-head. There are many picturesque locations and several great places to stash a cache. I thought that adding a cache or two to the area would help to bring some cachers to this area.

As I walked, I saw this Rock Wall and thought that it would be a quick cache to inspire you along the trail. Nothing fancy. Just a feet off the trail.

Parking is at P8 at the gate on Stephens Road. Just a short hike (uphill) until you reach the blue trail. The terrain rating is based on the uphill walk, otherwise the cache would be rated at 2.0 x 1.5.
