This is one of a series of caches placed along the Little Miami Scenic Trail (LMST).
The first stage of this two-stage multi-cache brings you to the entrance to Fort Ancient State Memorial from the Little Miami Scenic Trail.
Fort Ancient consists of prehistoric earthworks built over 2000 years ago by the Hopewell group of Native Americans. The Hopewell people constructed these earthworks on a bluff high above the Little Miami River by painstakingly digging, carrying, and then dumping baskets of earth over and over and over again. Despite its name, it is believed that Fort Ancient was not designed or used as a fortress, but that it was built and used for ceremonial purposes connected to astronomical events.

In order to find the second (and final) stage, you need to observe some signs at the first stage. These signs are shown below in quotes with letters in the place of some of the numerical digits. These will be used to find the final coordinates.
"Trail to Earthworks A/B Mile"
"To Museum A Mile"
"Trail Reconstructed By Brian McCreary and T-CDC For His Eagle Project, Nov. 1996"
"Museum Admission Charge
Adults $E
Children $B
Children F & Under Free"
Then the coordinates for the final stage are:
N 39° 24.[C-A-E]C[E+1] W 084° 05.[B+5]A[D+3]
The checksum (add up all of the individual digits) for the North digits is 36, and the checksum for the West digits is 36.
Congratulations to j777extra on his milestone 100th find!
