Rules for the Beach
You are standing on the Esplanade at Palm Beach, looking over a small beach, with yachts of various shapes and sizes dotting the forground, in the distance is the causeway leading to Garden Island. This is the picturesque Cockburn Sound. Here in the foreground, you see the sign with all the rules for using the nearby beach, The cache is near, as no rules prevent its placing.
