Please park at the public library which is next door on the East side of the cache location. Cache is located in the grassy strip adjacent to the sidewalk, no need to enter the learning center parking lot or even look in bushes, this is an easy one...
This cache is placed in honor of the nearby Adult Learning Center which has been offering "class"es and helping citizens of Virginia Beach earn their GED, learn to speak English, or just continue on their path of life-long learning for over 4 decades.
