Geocache Description:

A nice little cache with views over the moors above Darwen

This cache is th first we have placed and offers stunning views over Darwen and Blackburn. Take time out to listen to the sounds of nature all around you.

As you face down the hill, the moors to your left were recently devastated by fire. Mother nature is quick to erase the signs but the wildlife that was killed will take years to repopulate the area. Please be considerate and follow CITO and remove any objects that may act as magnifying glasses or other potential firestarters.
