Geocache Description:

Another cache to fill in the holes around Lower Haight.

Running perpendicular between Oak and Fell Streets is a single block of one-way Pierce Street known as Frederick Douglass Plaza.

The cache is accessible and visible from the sidewalk, so no need to poke around on people's stoops. Shouldn't be too many muggles around. I gave the terrain an extra 1/2 star because it's on a steep hill.

Bring your own pen/pencil.

I've intentionally tried to make this hide difficult, so take your time and use the hint if need be.

Please help out the neighborhood by bringing a bag to CITO!
