Geocache Description:


A beautiful area located below the newer bridge above.

The bones of the old bridge are still showing but the ravages of time and the force of the Wannon River have taken their toll.

A popular fishing spot (I saw fishermen both up and downstream) it might be worth bringing the rod and having a try for some redfin or trout.

It's also a great spot to just sit and watch the river, the sounds of the water burbling through the rubble of the old bridge soothing to the ears and the green of the streamside soothing to the eyes.
